Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

 

We serve a strict NO REFUND/EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Your exchange must pass the "original state" test. That means the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was issued to you. You may exchange for an item of equal value to your original purchase.

 

To request an exchange, you can email [email protected]Be sure to have your proof of purchase available on hand. Please allow 1-3 working days from the date of the request to receive a response. Requests may be accepted up to 14 days from the date the customer has received their purchase. Once the package is received, we will notify you via email if your request has been accepted. You will also receive a tracking number and the shipping provider.

 

We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our policy at any time without notification.

 

Return exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
